If unfortunately (and we hope this never happens) that an order is faulty or damaged, please contact us to let us know you wish to cancel your order or return or exchange a product.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@knookle.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage.
5. Refund Process
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment:
- 14 days after we have received the product.
- 14 days after you have provided us with evidence you have returned the product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damaged or defective item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on some of the products we sell due to the time put into creating them. These include any items made to your specific requirements or anything personalized that cannot be resold due to the bespoke element of the item.
8. Product Return Handling
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product, before you have spoken to us and we have agreed that in doing so won’t affect any refund you are entitled to.
You are responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it, including the transit back to the seller, when returning an item.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within a reasonable timeframe, check your bank account and contact your payment provider. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@knookle.co.uk.
10. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
